POULTRY BREEDING

KOUTOUBIA ELEVAGE, allow the holding to answer its appropriâtes needs while assuring a better control of its productions in poultry. They are 22 farms dedicated to the breeding of the poultry and in which :

  • The choice of animals is made in the strictest respect for the sanitary rules in force;
  • The follow-up and the control are strictly insured by a team of veterinarians dedicated to every production site with a team of ONSSA veterinarians. (ONSSA = Food safety office)

SLAUGHTERING AND CUTTING

The activities of slaughtering and cutting are organized, in the strict respect of the Islamic rites, by two companies:

BELDINDE, a company specialized in the slaughter, the cut and the freezing of poultry.

DELICES VIANDE,is a company dedicated for the activities of slaughter, cut, freezing and of mechanical separation of poultry meat.

TRANSFORMATION OF MEATS

SAPAK, specialized in the cooked meats, the salting and the canned food of halal meats, this unit has workshops endowed with modern equipments and having an important production capacity.

CASA VIANDE, is the first unit of professional cutting of halal red meat in Morocco

EL BENNA FOOD, unit of cooked meats dedicated to the various halal meat canned products.

DISTRIBUTION

TRADASTAR, specialized in the distribution of products emanating from the production units, with a highly efficient logistics systems

RESEARCH AND TRAINING

ERFA ACADEMY is the first academy of meat professions in Morocco. Created by Koutoubia Holding, the academy brings to the industry professionals : researches, scientifics studies, techniques, assistance and training required for the development of their skills, process and products.
