• 8 slices of smoked turkey legs with black pepper
• 80 g of cooked rice
• 50 g grated cheese
• 50 g of cooked peas
• 1 tbsp. chopped chives
• 2 tbsp. of mayonnaise
• 1 csp. of grated lemon zest
• 2 carrots cut into julienne strips
In a large bowl, mix the rice with cheese, peas, mayonnaise, chives and lemon zest. Stuff each slice of smoked turkey legs with rice and carrot strips and then roll up to make a cigar. Fix cigars with toothpicks.
