• 2 tbsp. mustard • 50 g grated gruyère cheese
• 24 sausages "Cocktail" • 200g puff pastry thinly spread
• 1 egg for gilding • 1 tbsp. poppy seeds
Cut the puff pastry into strips of the same width as the sausages and prick evenly with fork. Brush each strip with mustard and sprinkle with grated gruyère cheese.
Place one sausage at one end of the strip of pastry and wrap it around the sausage. Using a knife, cut the excess dough. Repeat the process until all the ingredients are used.
Arrange puffs on a plate, spread with egg and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake the mini-pastries in preheated oven at 200 ° C for 15 minutes.
